If the product you recieve differs from the product you ordered we will refund your money and/or replace your order with the correct product.

If the design on the product you receive differs from the design you approved we will refund your money and/or replace your order with the correct product.

If the product you purchase does not perform to the level you expect we will replace it with an equivalent or better product.  Just return the product and let us know what we could do to make it better.
