When will my order ship?
Screen Printed and Embroidered items ship within 7 working days of art approval.  Our Cool Stuff usually ships within 12 business days, some items quicker.

Can I see a sample before production?
Yes! We will e-mail you a sample sewn proof for embroidery or a virtual sample of the printed Item prior to production. Your approval is required before production will begin on your order.

Will my shirts look like the proof?
The art or embroidery will look like the art you approve but the colors you see on your monitor are a close approximation of the actual color. Also note textile printing or thread matching is different than paper printing which is most often on white paper. If you request a PMS color match the ink or thread color will be as close as possible to the actual PMS color within the limits of textile manufacturing.

Will my shirts shrink?
All shirts manufactured with cotton will have slight shrinkage. We only use the finest products that have proven to have minimal shrinkage or color fading. But keep in mind laundering practices effect shrinkage or fading more than  any other factor. We recommend washing your shirts inside out in cold water and drying on low heat setting or line dry.

Can I order different styles/colors of shirts?
Yes! You can order as many different styles/colors of shirts as you like. You can choose different color inks or threads on the different shirts too.  There is a $10.00 charge for each ink color change, no charge for thread color changes.

Can I get my shirts sooner than the standard
delivery date?
We will do our best to accommodate any special delivery needs. We have the fastest delivery in the industry but understand that sometimes our customers need there product sooner. If our schedule permits we will ship your product sooner than normal at no additional charge.

Can I use my art on some of your Cool Stuff?
In most cases yes. But sometimes the art may need to be altered slightly to fit the dimensions of the product.

Why do you charge a setup?
Printing and embroidery is a very labor intensive process. Embroidery has a one time setup (usually $25.00) per design. Printing has a setup of $30.00 per color for each color in the design. This way we can charge you the lowest possible price per shirt with No Minimums. And you are free to purchase only the exact number of shirts you need. No need to buy a few more to reach the next price break.

What is your minimums?
There are no minimums for apparel items, our Cool Stuff minimums are listed with each item.

Why don't you use an online custom shirt designer?
We pride ourselves on providing retail quality designs for your shirts. All of our original designs are of the highest quality, something we feel you cannot get with standard clipart. If you don't see a design you like you can upload your own or send us an idea and we will create one for you.

What type of files can you use?
Just about anything as long as it is of high quality. Files from the internet are of very low quality and will not work for printing. Bitmap, tiff or jpg files are fine but should be the size of the final print and at a true 300 dpi. We can also use Corel X4 and Illustrator/Photoshop CS2 or lower. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Sorry, no publisher files are excepted.
